Everything You Need to Know Before Booking Your Stay


  • You may cancel up to 14 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations received 7-14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate plus the cleaning fee. We do not refund any cancellations within 7 days of check-in. All cancellations must be in writing. Credit card and processing fees are non-refundable.

    We cannot give refunds or change reservations due to weather-related issues (i.e., snow, wind, rain, power outages), medical emergencies, illness, death, pandemics or any other causes beyond our control. No refunds or rate adjustments will be given for delayed arrivals or early departures. If you have concerns about cancellations, we strongly suggest you consider third-party travel insurance options.

  • Online platforms like Airbnb and VRBO are great, and you are welcome to book there if you prefer. However, booking directly with us is typically your best bet! Save $$ by not paying the extra fees that online travel agencies charge PLUS you get to know us better by not having to communicate solely through a 3rd party platform.

    To book a reservation simply click the "Book now" button on the page of the property you are wanting to reserve. Fill out just a few details (we promise it's easy....dates of reservation, # of guests, email and name) and click "Book now" to see pricing details. To proceed with booking, click "Confirm & Continue". This will take you to our payment processing page. Our payments are processed through a third-party company. TSLCR does not keep your payment information on file.

  • We are happy to accommodate early check-in/late check-out requests whenever possible. Our turnover team stays very busy with our properties, especially during peak dates. If you would like to request an early check-in/late check-out, simply let us know the time you are requesting, and we will consult with our turnover team to see what we can offer. If we can accommodate these requests, our standard fee is an additional $10/hour. Checking in earlier than 11 a.m. or checking out later than 4 p.m. would result in an additional night charge.

    Our standard reservation times are as follows:

    Check-in: anytime after 4 p.m.

    Check-out: no later than 11 a.m.

  • We love pets! However, our properties currently aren’t set up for pets, so we do not allow them at this time.
